About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at IHG - Voco St Davids Cardiff. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital part in delivering a superior guest experience, ensuring that our hotel suites and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain hotel suites, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel cleaning or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
