As a Night Receptionist, you will be integral to delivering an exceptional guest experience. We take pride in our expertise and aim to showcase this with a touch of flair.

Key Qualifications:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding service with a guest-centric approach.
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages to guests as needed.
  • At least 1 year of experience in roles such as Receptionist, Guest Relations, or Concierge.
  • Proficient in managing guest inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS is a significant advantage.
  • A willingness to learn and collaborate with a diverse hotel team.
