Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Nights Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Bury St Edmunds. As a key member of our overnight team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and welcoming hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel staff, adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming hotel environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
