We are excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Spa Therapist at our prestigious 5-star hotel located in Cardiff Bay. This position is available on a 16-hour per week contract.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive pay rate of £13.75 per hour, along with a £250 bonus upon successful completion of your probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive range of Massage and Beauty Therapy treatments while ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
  • Engage in retail sales to both members and guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.

Requirements:

  • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Hold qualifications at UK, NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage.
  • Demonstrate a passion for wellness and spa services.
  • Have prior experience in a guest-facing role.
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
