As a Night Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding guest experience. We take pride in our expertise and enjoy showcasing this to our guests with flair.

Key Requirements for the Night Receptionist role:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and a guest-centric approach
  • Ability to serve alcohol to guests as needed
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Reception, Guest Relations, or Concierge roles
  • Experience in managing guest inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS is a significant advantage
  • A willingness to learn and collaborate with a diverse hotel team
