Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you play a crucial role in ensuring a superior guest experience by maintaining cleanliness in public areas and guest suites.

Key Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional service
  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel cleaning, either as a room attendant or in public area cleaning
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints
