We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic part-time Support Services Administrator to become a vital member of our team. This role is situated within our Supported Living Service, which offers exceptional housing solutions to individuals facing challenges such as homelessness, mental health issues, and substance dependency. Our facility features six private rooms, communal living areas, a kitchen, and a garden, all designed to provide a supportive and rehabilitative environment that fosters personal development and successful transitions.

Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses a diverse range of administrative duties, including housing management and health and safety responsibilities, essential for maintaining the guests' licenses within our service.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational abilities, enabling them to juggle multiple tasks and meet various deadlines effectively.

A mature approach to working within a constructive framework to support our service is crucial, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The position involves a variety of responsibilities, where support is always available, yet the ability to work independently is equally important.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in the mental health field is preferred, along with strong time management skills to handle a diverse workload.

We are looking for compassionate, proactive, and professional individuals who are motivated, diligent, and eager to contribute to our administrative functions.

Your personal skills and interests are valued, and being an effective communicator who can engage with individuals from various backgrounds is essential, as you will interact with other professionals and departments.
