Administrative Support Specialist

Job Title: Team Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Health and Justice Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Collating statistical information and supporting performance monitoring
- Taking minutes of local team and Directorate meetings, and monitoring actions
- Providing confidential and efficient word processing services, including the preparation of reports and letters
- Supporting E-Procurement, including office supplies, clinical supplies, and raising purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate and secure patient health and staff records, in line with policy and standard operating procedure
- Planning and organizing appointments, meetings, clinics, rosters, diaries, and activities
- Undertaking general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining stock levels
- Logging calls with the Trust's Serviced Desk for IT issues, building repairs, and works
- Prioritizing and managing own workload to meet the needs and requirements of the service demands
- Providing cover for other administrative staff within the service as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Health and Justice Service
