Job Description

Job Title: Team Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Health and Justice Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Collating statistical information and supporting performance monitoring
  • Taking minutes of local team and Directorate meetings, and monitoring actions
  • Providing confidential and efficient word processing services, including the preparation of reports and letters
  • Supporting E-Procurement, including office supplies, clinical supplies, and raising purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate and secure patient health and staff records, in line with policy and standard operating procedure
  • Planning and organizing appointments, meetings, clinics, rosters, diaries, and activities
  • Undertaking general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining stock levels
  • Logging calls with the Trust's Serviced Desk for IT issues, building repairs, and works
  • Prioritizing and managing own workload to meet the needs and requirements of the service demands
  • Providing cover for other administrative staff within the service as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Health and Justice Service

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and changing environment
