Pertemps TM is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential assistance to our valued client in the Stone area.

- Provide prompt and courteous responses to incoming emails and phone calls, prioritizing urgent matters.

- Offer comprehensive administrative support as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of daily tasks.

- Proven experience in diary management and administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing diary management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
