Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our service contracts and care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Plan and coordinate the scheduling of service visits to minimize engineer travel and optimize resource allocation.
- Contract Management: Manage the fulfillment of care plans and service contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Communication: Liaise with the sales team to identify potential opportunities, gather customer feedback, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Reporting: Coordinate the submission of environmental reports to laboratories.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or operations roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
