Job Summary:

Nicholas Clarke Associates Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join their team. As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing customer servicing orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring planned maintenance and servicing is fulfilled on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers.
  • Facilitating and organizing both planned and reactive service calls, including assigning engineers to service visits and arranging for the hire of access equipment.
  • Liaising with engineers on site to ensure clear communication and understanding of required service work.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports of work carried out and providing technical/engineering updates to clients.
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure work is within project scope and appropriately issued.

Requirements:

  • Engineering administration/customer support experience.
  • Experience working in a general engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Good mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication ability with experience of customer-facing interactions.
