Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Super Smart Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
  • Provide logistical support for project activities, including coordinating events, managing supplies, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist team members with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain efficient systems for managing office supplies, including inventory tracking and ordering.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administrative support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and full working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills, with a particular focus on formatting functions.
  • Advanced filing skills, including electronic file management and hardcopy filing protocols.
  • Quality, timeliness, helpfulness, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
