About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Community Mental Health Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy reception and admin teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to service users, their families, and carers
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and letters via our clinical record system
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including scanning, uploading, and copying documents
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in the NHS
