About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Community Mental Health Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy reception and admin teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to service users, their families, and carers
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and letters via our clinical record system
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including scanning, uploading, and copying documents
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in the NHS
