About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Leonards Croft in Stafford. As a key member of our team, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for monthly and weekly paid staff using the Priory Payroll systems.
  • Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration, including processing expenses, orders, and raising cheques.
  • Deal with suppliers and manage petty cash reconciliation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and deal with incoming queries.
  • Support the Service Manager with administration tasks, including diary management and preparation for meetings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have exceptional organisation, reception, and clerical skills. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently.
