Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Priory Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to our service, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for monthly and weekly paid staff using the Priory Payroll systems, working in conjunction with the Central Payroll Function.
- Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration in conjunction with the Service Manager and the Central Resourcing Team to ensure that candidates move successfully through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Process expenses, orders, raise cheques, and deal with suppliers on a regular basis.
- Be responsible for petty cash reconciliation and dealing with client monies.
- Deal with incoming queries to the service and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Undertake preparation for meetings and take minutes at meetings as requested.
- Support the Service Manager and wider Service with Administration such as letters, memos, and email communications.
- Undertake diary management.
Requirements
- Exceptional organization, reception, and clerical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
