Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Super Smart Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating meetings, managing documents, and maintaining office supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms and managing calendars
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including toner and kitchen supplies
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including word processing and filing documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating vehicles and drivers
  • Support the Head of Operations and Finance with time sheets and contract reviews
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and full working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Microsoft Word Skills, with a particular focus on formatting functions
  • Advanced filing skills, including electronic file management and hardcopy filing protocols
  • Quality, timeliness, helpfulness, organization, and multi-tasking skills
