Fleet Administration Coordinator

Culina Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administration Coordinator to join our team in Stafford. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, including scheduling, booking, and completion of maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fleet maintenance schedules, including servicing and MOTs, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance records to identify and address any delays or issues.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for all company vehicles.
  • Audit fleet records and databases to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
  • Provide performance statistics for meetings and calls.
  • Monitor compliance performance reports and address any missing or incomplete records.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in fleet administration or a related field.
  • Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
