ROLE: Sales and Administrative Coordinator

SALARY: Up to £24,500 DOE

POSITION SUMMARY:

Midas is seeking an experienced Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the business operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, processing high-volume orders, and handling customer inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Order Processing: Process a high volume of orders on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues in a timely manner, and provide basic technical advice.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing customer quotations, maintaining the discount matrix, and performing general administrative duties.
  • Reception Coverage: Cover reception duties as needed, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on sales and administrative support.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume workloads.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

  • Flexible Working Hours: 2.30pm finish every other Friday.
