Sales Operations Coordinator

Universal Business Team, a dynamic and family-owned enterprise, is on the lookout for a Sales Operations Coordinator to enhance their dedicated team. This position is pivotal in supporting the sales department with generating quotes, processing orders, and serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries. The role also encompasses various administrative tasks and reception responsibilities.

  • Salary Range: £26,000-£30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Office-based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue quotations to assist the sales team
  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries
  • Support general office administration tasks
  • Process sales orders and communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Oversee the sales email inbox

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in sales support or customer service roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft 365 applications is advantageous
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
