Position Overview: We are currently looking for a highly organized Service Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of service contracts and care plans, focusing on cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing an effective schedule for service visits to optimize engineer travel.
  • Coordinating the rental of necessary access equipment.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team to explore potential opportunities and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Service Fulfillment: Ensure that care plans are executed on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope, achieving full customer satisfaction while maintaining a zero-harm policy.

Reporting: Liaise with laboratories to facilitate the dispatch of environmental legionella reports.
