Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Coordinator to join our team at Universal Business Team. This role is pivotal as the company continues its expansion, providing an excellent opportunity for growth into a Customer Operations Manager position for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities:
The Client Relations Coordinator will be essential in overseeing sales orders from initiation to customer delivery. This includes:

  • Managing machinery orders throughout the entire process until they reach the customer.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently for order fulfillment.
  • Serving as the primary contact for customers during the order process, addressing inquiries and proactively sharing essential information.
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff to allocate and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Arranging specialized transport for customers, including handling larger machinery loads.
  • Facilitating the handover of machinery orders to the Service Team upon delivery.
  • Providing general support to the team to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Occasionally covering critical operational roles during staff absences.

Candidate Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative capacity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with sales, purchasing, and inventory management software.
  • An analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, along with:

  • 20 days of paid holiday plus bank holidays.
  • A company healthcare scheme.
  • 5 paid sick days allowance annually.

Working Hours:
The working hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with a 45-minute lunch break).
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (with a 45-minute lunch break).
