The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing sales orders from initiation to customer delivery. This role encompasses a variety of operational responsibilities, including logistics coordination, warehouse management, task delegation to warehouse staff, and ensuring seamless process execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee machinery orders from the moment they are placed until they reach the customer, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the order process, addressing inquiries and proactively providing essential information.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to assign and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organize transportation for customers, including arrangements for oversized machinery deliveries.
  • Facilitate the handover of machinery orders to the Service Team upon delivery.
  • Support the team in maintaining smooth daily operations.
  • Provide coverage for critical operational tasks during staff absences as needed.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative capacity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with sales, purchasing, and inventory management systems.
  • Analytical thinking with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Benefits:

· Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £36,000 per annum.

· 20 days of paid vacation plus public holidays.

· 5 paid sick days per year.

· Standard working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 45-minute lunch break), and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (with a 45-minute lunch break).

There is also a potential pathway for advancement into a Customer Operations Manager position.
