Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our Mortgage processing team at Dynamo, part of the Connells Group.

This role involves managing inbound lead flow and distribution, generating opportunities for mortgage consultants, and providing exceptional post-sale support to our clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Contact and manage potential clients through various channels
  • Qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Update a database of leads and prospects for future reference
  • Collaborate with sales to assist with effective lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work across other business departments and assist with other tasks as required

Skills and Experience required:

  • Being driven and self-motivated
  • Good telephone manner, strong relationship building, and customer service skills
  • Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • IT literate (MS Office, Excel, and Outlook)
