Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of company fuel cards and analyze fuel spending data
  • Handle fleet-related paperwork and initiate purchase orders
  • Maintain precise records of all fleet information, including assets and driver details, ensuring compliance with data protection standards
  • Support the generation and distribution of fleet performance reports
  • Provide project support and administrative assistance as needed

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity within the automotive sector (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) with the capability to manage large datasets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented approach to collaboration

Accountabilities:

  • Regularly review the active fuel card list and conduct monthly fuel transaction assessments
  • Prepare and maintain the fleet's monthly performance dashboard
  • Process purchase orders and verify the accuracy of fleet invoices, addressing discrepancies as necessary
  • Monitor short-term rental agreements to ensure timely vehicle returns
  • Maintain fleet data across all relevant systems, including master asset lists and compliance portals
  • Manage vehicle fines and associated recharges
  • Oversee company car operations

Education & Experience:

  • Experience in an office environment, skilled in MS Windows and related software
  • Commitment to safety practices
  • Health and Safety Management qualification (preferred)
