We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Coordinator to join our team at ISS. As an Operational Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing essential support to our operational field teams, account teams, and other relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and manage documentation to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
- Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Collate data and input information into relevant reporting systems as required.
- Create and maintain business reports and records of activity for resourcing statistics.
- Provide supplier liaison support for agency and purchasing queries.
- Ensure compliance with hiring guidelines and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Experience in adhering to customer and business KPIs and SLAs.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and respond to short-term work volume variations.
- Good communication and effective call handling skills.
- Experience in reporting and communicating data to clients and team members.
- Proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service.
- Analytical and methodical approach.
