About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our payroll team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our payroll operations, ensuring the smooth processing of payroll for 14,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a payroll team of 10 in processing payroll for 14,000 employees.
  • Manage incoming post and triage work through our ticket management system.
  • Print and post copy P60s and Overpaid leaver letters, and deal with any related queries.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including keying court orders, P45s, and Starter Checklists.
  • Raise out-of-cycle payments as required.
  • Act as a key contact for general payroll queries and provide excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • General administrative experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to work well within a large team.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate in the detail.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
