About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Out of Hours Service, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to our operational manager and leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain monthly team rotas, planning and referral process standards through regular monitoring and data analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights and monthly reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Services to identify areas of under-recording and work towards improving recording and data quality.
  • Support the development of new monitoring dashboards using PowerBi.
  • Contribute to a robust and cohesive quality and performance framework, ensuring consistency and equity of provision.
  • Provide administrative support to colleagues, ensuring compliance with Trust expectations.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent level of experience or education).
  • Significant experience in administration duties, including call handling and customer service.
  • Desirable: BTEC Diploma in Business Administration (Level 1) and experience in the NHS.
