Service Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our service contracts and care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Contract Management: Plan and coordinate the fulfillment of service contracts and care plans to minimize costs and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Engineer Scheduling: Schedule service visits and assign engineers to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Access Equipment Management: Arrange for the hire of access equipment as needed.
- Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Compliance: Liaise with laboratories to send environmental reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $30,000 - $40,000 per year.
- Uncapped bonus potential.
- Standard working hours: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
