We are a leading international company with offices globally, seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Cannock, Staffordshire.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide support to our UK and European entities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process leavers and references, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Manage data entry, using various systems to maintain up-to-date records.
- Raise repair requests for office requirements and coordinate the dispatch of IT products.
- Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports for Human Resources.
- Purchase office supplies and coordinate marketing events.
- Coordinate health and wellbeing events, attending meetings on behalf of European HR.
- Organize events and manage HR data entry, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Act as the main contact for our office location, providing advice and guidance to managers.
- Manage contracts, new starter packs, and employee IDs, including coordinating system data entries.
- Provide support to managers in the effective use of HR policies and procedures.
- Adhere to and work in accordance with HR processes, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Already certified or in the process of working towards a CIPD qualification.
- Full driving licence and passport.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong PowerPoint skills.
- Team Player.
- A second European written and spoken language would be advantageous.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Organised and proactive.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Experience dealing with customers, either face-to-face or over the phone/email.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information (GDPR).
- Skilled multitasker who never misses deadlines.
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable UK regulatory requirements.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break.
