The Opportunity
At Newlife, we are seeking an HR Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the HR Operations Manager and contribute to the delivery of HR services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Line Managers with general HR queries, welfare meetings, investigations, and grievances.
- Compile and analyze HR data metrics and statistics.
- Lead internal and external audits, governance, and risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review, improve, and record HR processes, documents, and policies.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process using the Applicant Tracking System.
- Process starters, contract changes, and leavers through our HR Information System.
- Support the implementation of an e-learning platform and coordinate training sessions and courses.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Human Resources Department and ideally holding a CIPD level 5 qualification. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting Line Managers with HR queries and meetings, producing and analyzing HR data metrics, and possessing excellent communication and organizational skills.
