Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the distribution and oversight of company fuel cards, analyzing fuel expenditure data.
  • Handle fleet-related paperwork and initiate purchase orders as necessary.
  • Ensure precise documentation of all fleet information, including vehicle and driver records, while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in generating and disseminating fleet performance reports.
  • Provide project support and administrative assistance as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in a similar capacity within the automotive or transportation sector (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with a capability to manage large datasets.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • A collaborative mindset conducive to teamwork.

Accountabilities:

  • Regularly review and update the live fuel card list and conduct monthly assessments of fuel transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain the fleet's monthly performance dashboard.
  • Process purchase orders and verify the accuracy of fleet invoices, addressing discrepancies as needed.
  • Oversee short-term vehicle rental bookings to ensure timely returns.
  • Maintain comprehensive fleet data across all relevant platforms, including master asset lists and compliance portals.
  • Manage vehicle fines and related charges.
  • Handle company car administration tasks.

Education & Experience:

  • Office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and associated software.
  • Commitment to safety practices.
  • Health and Safety Management qualification (preferred).
