Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the Service Administrator is to efficiently manage the execution of care plans and service contracts, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize the schedule for service visits to reduce travel time for engineers.
  • Coordinate the rental of necessary access equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to explore potential opportunities, gather customer feedback, and identify areas for cost improvements.
  • Oversee the timely fulfillment of care plans, ensuring adherence to budget and scope while achieving complete customer satisfaction and maintaining a zero-harm environment.
  • Communicate with laboratories to manage the dispatch of environmental legionella reports.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of £30,000-£40,000, along with an uncapped bonus structure. Our working hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
