About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Leonards Croft in Stafford. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide efficient and effective support to the home, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for monthly and weekly paid staff using the Priory Payroll systems, working in conjunction with the Central Payroll Function.
  • Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration, including processing expenses, orders, and raising cheques, as well as dealing with suppliers on a regular basis.
  • Manage petty cash reconciliation and deal with client monies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to incoming queries and supporting the Service Manager and wider Service with administration tasks.
  • Prepare for meetings and take minutes as requested.
  • Support the Service Manager with administrative tasks, including letters, memos, and email communications.
  • Undertake diary management.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with exceptional organisation, reception, and clerical skills. Experience working within a care setting would be desirable.
