About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Priory Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to our site, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for monthly and weekly paid staff using our payroll systems, working in conjunction with our Central Payroll Function.
  • Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration, working closely with our Service Manager and Central Resourcing Team to ensure successful candidate progression through the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Process expenses, orders, raise cheques, and deal with suppliers on a regular basis.
  • Be responsible for petty cash reconciliation and dealing with client monies.
  • Deal with incoming queries to the service, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Undertake preparation for meetings and take minutes at meetings as requested.
  • Support our Service Manager and wider Service with administration, including letters, memos, and email communications.
  • Undertake diary management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have exceptional organization, reception, and clerical skills. You will also need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
