Aspirations Care Ltd is seeking a highly organized and experienced full-time administrator to assist our Senior Management Team. Based in our Stafford office, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong sense of initiative, as this position involves varied tasks where no two days are alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, and managing emails.
- Coordinate activities at our head office.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and general inquiries.
- Take minutes during meetings, type them up, and distribute accordingly.
- Organize meetings for management personnel.
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.
- Uphold confidentiality of information in compliance with GDPR regulations.
The ideal candidate must possess experience in minute-taking and demonstrate excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
