We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Caremark Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering all incoming telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Implementing thorough recruitment and vetting procedures for all Care & Support Workers.
- Processing new client referrals and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing documentation for Field Care Supervisors and ensuring all client and Care & Support Worker files are up to date.
- Maintaining our computer system and ensuring all electronic records are accurate and up to date.
- Ensuring compliance with all office systems and procedures.
- Providing full training and opportunities for career progression.
- Specialist training courses available.
- Managing the on-call service and ensuring it is available to clients at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
