About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Out of Hours Service, you will provide essential support to our operational manager and leads, ensuring the smooth operation of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operational manager and leads, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain monthly team rotas, planning and referral process standards.
  • Work with Corporate Services to identify areas of under-recording of clinical activity and improve data quality.
  • Contribute to the development of new monitoring dashboards using PowerBi.
  • Support colleagues to ensure consistency and equity of provision and compliance with Trust expectations.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent level of experience or education).
  • Significant experience in administration duties, including call handling and customer service.
  • Desirable: BTEC Diploma in Business Administration (Level 1) and experience in the NHS.
