About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Support Officer to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our operational manager and leads, ensuring the smooth operation of our Out of Hours Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a central point of contact to respond to/resolve any queries on behalf of General Manager and Operational Managers/Leads where appropriate in relation to all outcome measures.
  • Plan monthly rotas for clinical staff and ensure appropriate bank cover is obtained where required and delegate administration tasks to health care support workers to facilitate efficiencies in clinical care delivery.
  • Attend internal and external meetings relevant to post, taking minutes and distributing using appropriate systems, arranging a variety of meetings and sourcing agenda items, as directed by the Operational Managers and Leads.
  • Process staff change forms and relevant letters; data amendment forms; termination forms and general HR information.
  • Liaise with Corporate / Support Services to obtain data / performance reports activity reports, workforce and training data, financial information.

Essential

  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent level of experience or education)

  • BTEC Diploma in Business Administration (Level 1)

  • Significant experience in administration duties, including call handling and customer service
