We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Support Officer to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to our operational manager and leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operational manager and leads, including call handling and customer service.
  • Manage and maintain monthly team rotas, planning and referral process standards through regular monitoring.
  • Provide data analysis and monthly reporting to support business decisions.
  • Liaise with Corporate / Support Services to obtain data / performance reports, activity reports, workforce and training data, financial information.
  • Support and participate in the monthly P&Q Meeting and team meetings, providing updates on the Out of Hours Service.
