About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Support Officer to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our operational manager and leads, ensuring the smooth operation of our Out of Hours Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a central point of contact to respond to and resolve queries on behalf of the General Manager and Operational Managers/Leads.
  • Plan and manage monthly rotas for clinical staff, ensuring appropriate bank cover is obtained where required.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, taking minutes and distributing using appropriate systems.
  • Process staff change forms, data amendment forms, termination forms, and general HR information.
  • Liaise with Corporate/Support Services to obtain data and performance reports, activity reports, workforce and training data, and financial information.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent level of experience or education).
  • Significant experience in administration duties, including call handling and customer service.
