About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and Visitor Management: Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Phone and Email Management: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages accurately and responding to emails in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage appointment scheduling and maintain our company calendar, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with clients and staff.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, assist with filing, scanning, and data entry, and maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Previous Experience: Possess previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
