About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Visitor to provide high-quality, person-centered care to families within our community.

As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of children and their families. You will work collaboratively with families, local authorities, and other stakeholders to deliver evidence-based interventions and promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's health and development needs.
  • Provide education and support to families on a range of health topics, including infant feeding, child safety, and developmental milestones.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
  • Advocate for the needs of children and families within the healthcare system.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong understanding of child development and family dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • A current driving licence (or willingness to explore alternative arrangements).
