Health Visitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Health Visitor to join our team in Newton Stewart, working on a Fixed Term basis for 9 months from July 2024. The successful candidate will have current Specialist Community Public Health Nursing registration and a strong understanding of Scotland's Public Health agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based person-centred care to children and families.
  • Work in partnership with families, local authorities, and stakeholders to identify risks and coordinate complex plans of care.
  • Utilize a strengths-based approach to engage families and provide compassionate care.
Requirements
  • Current driving licence (or alternative transport arrangements for candidates with disabilities).
  • Experience of working with children and families, with a good knowledge of Scotland's Public Health agenda.
