**The Role**

**The Role is to provide administration by keeping records up to date using an online HR system.**

**Tasks**
- maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- liaising with managers and staff
- Prepare and Post adverts, respond to applicants, invite to interviews and send out after interview letters
- Carry out pre-employment checks and mid-employment checks
- Organise training plans, book courses, input completed training onto the system, distribute Personal Development Plans
- To carry out reasonable tasks at the request of the Directors
- To liaise with the finance department and carry out data entry on their behalf

**Job Hours**

Monday - Thursday 0900 - 1700, Friday 0900- 1630. Full time 37.5 hours
