Trinity Business Support are looking for an Administrator, to join our Newton Aycliffe based Client. Very relaxed atmosphere and looking to interview immediately.
This position would suit someone who has a background of working as an Office Administrator.
**Aspects of the role include**:
- Greeting clients.
- Answering Phone calls
- Data entry on sage (training will be given)
- Using various systems.
- Using Microsoft Office packages
- Liaising with the small team.
- Providing admin support to the office manager.
- Other office admin duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Previous Admin experience essential.
- IT Literate.
- Customer focused.
- Organised.
- Able to work on own initiative as well as within a team.
**Hours and Days of work**:
Monday to Friday
37.5 hours per week between 9:00 - 17:00
**Pay**:
£21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
**Job Type**: Temp to perm
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newton Aycliffe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
