As a **Site Access Controller** at Sodexo in **Bircham Newton, Kings Lynn**, You'll will be responsible for our corporate sites continuous improvement and operational excellence. **What you’ll do**:

- Support site key stakeholders in managing staff, student & visitor access
- Support the reception team with management of visitor passes & access cards
- Manage the control into and off of the site for all traffic including deliveries
- Provide guidance and support to staff, student & learners
- Ensure all site visitors have a pass, staff card or temporary access authorisation.
- Ensure the safety and security of company and client property.
- Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your work place, this will include but not limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely; COSHH
- Support main site team by completing all required paperwork to the highest standards
- Prepare and distribute lanyards & complete other checks as requested by the client
- Be aware of all emergency procedures & be ready to act if an emergency occurs

**What you bring**:

- Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management.
- Excellent communication and awareness skills
- Experience in working in a similar role would be great
- Knowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency procedures
- Report all incidents / damage observed to the person responsible for the site.
