Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Client Success Executive to become part of our Client Success Team. Reporting directly to the Account Director, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our client relationships, ensuring their success across various sectors.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the administrative, operational, and strategic delivery of services, which encompasses marketing technology solution management, multi-channel campaign execution, and data analysis and insights. You will also spearhead projects aimed at enhancing client engagement and driving growth.

We embrace a flexible hybrid working model, combining collaborative office time with the convenience of remote work.

As a Client Success Executive at Next 15, your responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support to facilitate the efficient operation of client accounts, including scheduling meetings, preparing client agendas and reports, maintaining status documents, and updating financial records to assist with billing. Building strong client relationships, acting as the trusted first point of contact by managing communications, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of support inquiries. Ensuring all client campaigns and projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to specifications by effectively managing resources and tracking profitability to foster positive account outcomes. Collaborating with other teams to ensure client briefs are realistic and achievable, offering the most effective solutions. Contributing to the creation of expert insights content and client case studies by supporting client workshops and quarterly business reviews, both in terms of organization and content production.

Qualifications:

A degree in technology, mathematics, business, or marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to manage complex spreadsheets), Word, and PowerPoint. A customer-focused mindset and understanding of Customer Lifecycle strategies across various channels. Familiarity with statistical measures and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with a commitment to achieving outcomes that yield a positive impact.
