Job Title: Business Customer Success Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Customer Success Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a Business Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering client campaigns, ensuring both success and satisfaction of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with sales, editorial, and production teams to build a schedule of activity for each client
- Manage the execution of client campaigns throughout the campaign
- Coordinate sponsor content, including programme sessions, editorial, webcasts, and round tables
- Work with Corporate Members to build their involvement in content across editorial and both physical and digital events
- Create and drive customer success improvement plans
- Attend physical events to work with clients onsite to manage their experience
- Oversee the management, delivery, and execution of commercial content projects
- Ensure content quality, creative execution, and commercial success of partner campaigns
- Benchmark campaign success and client satisfaction
- Effectively support commercial, editorial, and production teams
- Help to grow and nurture client relationships
- Create robust processes to manage all aspects of client delivery
- Manage client queries and escalate where necessary
Requirements:
To be considered for this Business Customer Success Manager role, you must come with experience working within an events and media business and have excellent customer servicing skills.
You will naturally be a people's person, organised, and have the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects at one time.
