Client Success Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at SKAI Brasil. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction and ensuring they achieve their online marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities- Client Retention: Partner with our Client Success Directors to drive client retention and satisfaction.
- Training and Support: Provide initial and ongoing training to clients to enable them to effectively use the Skai platform.
- Implementation and Usage: Assist clients in basic implementation and usage of Skai products.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and digital marketing best practices to clients.
- Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to evaluate satisfaction and understand their business goals.
- Relationship Building: Partner with Skai Client Success Directors to build strong relationships with client partners.
- Problem-Solving: Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make clients successful.
- Client Expectations: Ensure client expectations are exceeded.
- Marketing Analytics: Ability to understand advanced marketing analytics.
- Client Audits: Ability to perform detailed client audits to identify client needs or workflow gaps.
- Experience: 2+ years experience in client services and/or technical project management or 2+ years experience in digital marketing campaign management. Retail Media or SEM preferred.
- Communication Skills: Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management.
- Team Collaboration: Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually.
- Time Management: Organized and methodical, with excellent time management skills.
- Skai Platform: Skai platform experience preferred but not essential.
- Travel: Ability to travel occasionally.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel and other basic technical experience with code such as basic JavaScript and HTML is a plus.
- Language Skills: Additional languages, preferably German, a big bonus.
- Passion and Dedication: Passion and dedication to delivering exceptional results.

- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills - in writing and verbally.
