Addepar is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving client success for the complete post-sales lifecycle of an Addepar client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Addepar platform and its applications in the financial industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and adoption of the platform.
  • Provide strategic guidance and partnership to clients to help them derive maximum value from the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and reveal opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Assist in the identification of new revenue opportunities for the Account Manager and Product Specialists.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in a financial industry role, such as Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or FinTech.
  • Experience building and improving client relationships with a track record of success.
  • Strong time management and analytical skills, with a consistent framework or process approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to establish relationships with key influencers and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
